On time pick up is the first and most critical to ensure timely delivery. Most temperature controlled shipments require express delivery within 24 or max 48 hours. Working on such tight timelines become non trivial if the pick-up is away from the city, sometimes over 100 to 200 kilometres, and closest airport another 100 kilometre in the opposite direction. Problem compound with road conditions are poor and rail connections few to almost none.
